They want to have pets, but expect others to clean up after them. I don't have a dog for that precise reason, I don't want to take care of them. So why would I want to take care of someone else's dog shit in my property. I say, shoot the bastards! These kind of people will never learn or respect others. I keep thinking that maybe by moving into a larger property I won't have neighbor dog problems, but reading this forum, I guess I was wrong. That's how I arrive at my conclusion..Shoot the bastards!
